Hello, I’m Anna, an online coach, passionate about helping people to find a better and happier life and offering this help to everyone, who feels the need for change and is ready to make positive changes. At times, almost everyone of us might find life challenging. Overcoming challenges is part of our journey and a perfect opportunity for growth and self-development. I invite you to discuss your concerns, to address your questions and to look together for solutions in a safe and supportive environment of individual online coaching sessions. You can expect a nice mix of coaching, psychology and some spirituality. Through various techniques like mindfulness, visualizations, CBT and ACT tools, self-help and development techniques, we’ll work together to uncover some limiting thinking patterns that might hold you back and stand in your way and to develop new and more functional approaches to life.
My interest in psychology awoke many years ago. I was finishing my studies as biochemist, when I came across a book “Experience of a Fool” authored by Dr. Norbekov, which in a humorous way challenged common assumptions and views upon life and offered its readers to improve their health and life by changing their attitude to the life, making healthier choices and becoming an active creator of the life, they really want. I attended several courses and got inspired by the Norbekov system and the results, I achieved applying its techniques. While pursuing a carrier as biochemist, I continued looking into autogeni and self-healing techniques, psychosomatics and the ways of self-development. This search strengthened my view that mind, soul and body should be considered in their unity.
I think, many people would agree that Covid pandemics dramatically changed our lives in many ways, bringing sorrows, challenges and sometimes opportunities. For me it was a beginning of a challenging, but also a very interesting and productive phase of my life, as I decided to “professionalize” my interest in psychology and to extend my academic training as doctor of natural sciences through obtaining a degree in psychology. My special area of interest is the ways of dealing with traumatic experiences and their impact on our life. I offer free of charge online coaching sessions (read more in the section Coaching).
About 16 years ago, I discovered for myself yoga and meditation and practice them ever since. Through its philosophy, breathing (pranayama) and spiritual practices and physical postures (asanas), yoga serves as a source of piece and harmony and offers a balanced training for the whole being. Out of the extensive experience as a yoga practitioner grew a desire to share and to introduce yoga to other people. I obtained a certificate as a yoga trainer from YogaRenew and, since 2023, give a weekly yoga course for beginners and intermediate students (read more in the section Yoga).
To round up my “well-being portfolio”, I felt a need to add nutrition, and in particular healthy nutrition for the brain. A well-balanced nutrition is a foundation of physical and mental health, whereas a disbalanced nutrition may contribute or even lead to an illness. Being trained as biochemist and obtaining a certificate “Food as Medecine” helps me to grasp the complexity of the human metabolism and to better understand the interplay between the various systems and processes in the human body.
