Coaching
Working together with a coach, offers a fresh perspective on challenges you are facing, an opportunity to receive informed answers to some of your questions as well as encouragement and support on your path of self-discovery and growth. We’ll work together to uncover obstacles that hold you back or stand in your way and to develop solutions as well as new approaches to life. I employ various techniques like mindfulness, visualizations, CBT, ACT, self-help and self-development tools and adapt the sessions to the individual needs of each client. E-coaching combines the benefits of a personal coaching session with the comfort of being in your preferred environment (for instance your home). I conduct e-sessions mostly via WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom.
Yoga
Yoga can be transforming and beneficial to all aspects of our life as it helps to improve our physical, mental and emotional health. Yoga teaches us self-care, encourages us to explore and deeper understand ourselves and to helps to become more present and embodied. Through practicing mindfulness, present-moment awareness and meditation it allows to experience more clarity, compassion and sense of inner peace and to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us.
My preferred yoga styles are vinyasa and hatha yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a modern yoga style, in which asanas (postures) are arranged in sequences and practiced as flow. Hatha yoga is the most common yoga practiced in modern western world. It encompasses various yoga styles that include asanas and pranayama (breath practices). I practice yoga since 2009 and recently obtained my certificate as yoga trainer from YogaRenew.
On demand, I offer yoga trainings, free of charge.
NUTRITION
Usually, food is viewed as building blocks for our body and fuel that gives us energy. It is less common to consider the connection between the food we eat and our mental and emotional wellbeing. However, there is growing scientific evidence that nutrition plays an important role also in our mental health.
Maintaining good physical and mental health requires a balanced and varied diet. Even small changes like eating regularly and including whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, fish and fermented products like yogurt can help restore balance, provide our body and brain with necessary nutrients and support their optimal function (read more).
